COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the United Power Corp DB9-M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Val-pak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vertex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the 4525V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 93497010 manufactured by Val-pak and we are pleased to be able to service most Val-pak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCIA55T by Manufacturer Vertex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motors Brand 640276 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Videojet such as L2670 equipment made by Videojet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Videojet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Videojet" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TB11A made by Us-Electrical-Motors as well as the popular TB10DABX1AAF4041J79 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H68122000A5A by Veris and L2670 spares by Videojet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMP233D2A0A2AA12A1A3B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala. |
